WHAT WE DO
At IX Australia we are proud to operate 5 Peering Points throughout Australia. With a presence in 20 data centres across the nation we are bound to be at a data centre near you.
Not only are we Carrier Neutral but here at IX Australia we are also commercially neutral, this means anyone can peer provided you meet the technical requirements to do so.

IX Australia is owned and operated by WAIA, a member based, not-for-profit association. All money is reinvested into services for members and stays within the association.
MULTILATERAL PEERING POINTS
Here at IX Australia we operate an extensive multilateral peering network with points of presence in most states of Australia.
MEMBER OWNED & DRIVEN
Being member based our focus is always on offering the best level of service and benefits for members and not on profits; services offered and further developed take direction from member requirements.
PEERING POINTS ACROSS THE NATION
At IX Australia we have developed a robust peering fabric providing points of interconnect at most major data centres in Australia. This allows our members to participate in services, such as peering, where it is most beneficial for their network.
